Job Title: Company Secretarial Services Manager

Bruin, a leading organisation in London, is seeking an experienced Company Secretarial Services Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's secretarial services, including drafting agendas, minutes, and actions, planning meetings, researching, and drafting papers; managing paper collation and distribution.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree or similar qualification and have at least 4 years of relevant company secretarial experience, preferably in the financial services sector. A strong understanding of corporate governance principles and practices is essential, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a highly respected organisation and contribute to its continued success. The role comes with a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonus.

The position involves:

  • Managing the company's secretarial services, including drafting agendas, minutes, and actions, planning meetings, researching, and drafting papers;
  • Managing paper collation and distribution;
  • Supporting the full board and committee cycles and management meetings;
  • Assisting with corporate planning and building the company's long-term strategy;
  • Supporting regulatory requirements and governance projects on occasion;
  • Managing compliance with best practice governance procedures;

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational and administrative abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
