Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced inclusion support specialist to join our team at Northampton Business Directory. This role involves providing support to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a secondary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting pupils with challenging behavior.
  • Creating and implementing individualized learning plans.
  • Providing one-to-one support and facilitating group activities.

  • Committed to providing high-quality support and promoting positive outcomes for pupils.

Working Hours:
The initial schedule for this position is 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, supporting a specific pupil. As the timetable grows, the role will expand, with the potential for broader cross-school responsibilities.

Salary: £85-£100 per day.
