Sales and Account Management Professional

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Account Management Professional to join our team at Optimise Talent Ltd. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients and cross-selling additional tech-related products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong consultative sales background and a comfort level in account management. Tech-savvy individuals with an IT or tech-related background are highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow client revenue and expand their customer base
- Nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Collaborate with our team to achieve business goals and objectives
- Identify pain points and develop effective solutions to increase client spend
Package:
- A competitive basic salary of £40,000 with uncapped commission structure and OTE of £80,000
- 36 days holidays per year and Christmas shut down
- Private medical and dental care

- Monday to Friday hours - 8:30-5 / 9-5:30

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a Regional Account Manager or Sales position
