About the Role

You will advise on complex M&A matters, working alongside our Corporate department and external clients to deliver strategic legal solutions. Key clients include FTSE-listed companies, private equity firms, start-ups, and multinational corporations involved in transformative deals across the UK and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering Expertise: Provide exceptional legal advice on all aspects of M&A transactions.
  • Flexibility: Manage your own schedule while meeting client needs and deal deadlines.
  • Growing our Network: Contribute to the BFlex community and share knowledge with peers.
  • Developing our Business: Understand client needs and collaborate for mutual growth.

Requirements

  • SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE IN CORPORATE LAW WITH A FOCUS ON M&A TRANSACTIONS.
  • STRONG ANALYTICAL AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS.
  • ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND AS PART OF A DEAL TEAM.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
  • ADAPTABILITY AND ENTHUSIASM FOR VARIED ASSIGNMENTS.
  • MUST BE A SRA OR LAW SOCIETY OF SCOTLAND REGISTERED LAWYER.
