The Role

As a Senior M&A Lawyer, you will be responsible for advising clients on M&A, joint ventures, and corporate matters, working on complex, high-profile, cross-border transactions. You will collaborate with partners and associates across the firm's global network, delivering exceptional client service and building strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working on complex, high-profile, cross-border transactions
  • Managing and executing transactions from inception to completion

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 4-7 years PQE
  • Proven experience in corporate M&A at a reputable law firm
  • Strong academic credentials and ability to manage complex projects
  • Exposure to private equity transactions is highly desirable
