About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join Leidos in providing exceptional technical support across various systems, including checkpoint automation, infrastructure servers, and edge devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and configure remote-accessed hardware, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with Development and Testing departments to implement and test checkpoint systems.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd-line support for hardware issues, asset management, and configuration.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A solid understanding of Windows Server, SQL Server, Linux, and network infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis and technical report writing.
  • Fluent written and spoken English communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Kubernetes configuration experience.
  • Knowledge of PLC controls (not essential).
">

Experience

You should have:

  • High-level IT knowledge and proven experience in technical support roles.
  • A wide-ranging technical background, with previous experience in automation, control systems, or similar fields.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Salary Information

">

The estimated salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $115,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
