Are you passionate about providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic multidisciplinary team? We are seeking an experienced Senior Therapy Support Worker to join our team at University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust.
Job Description:We offer a competitive salary of £25,500 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the provision of Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Speech and Language Therapy within a specified clinical area.
Main Responsibilities:- Work with patients, families, carers, and the multi-disciplinary team to achieve agreed outcomes.
- Carry a clinical caseload discussed and delegated by the relevant team member.
- Support those who may have complex needs, including physical, psychological, and communication difficulties.
- GCSE English/Maths - or equivalent
- Experience working within a team
- Experience in a healthcare setting/previous therapy support worker role
- Effective communication skills
