Specialist Communication Therapist Position

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Specialist Communication Therapist to work within our multidisciplinary team at Southern Health and Social Care Trust. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with complex communication and swallowing disorders.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. To conduct thorough assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  2. To develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address specific patient needs, ensuring effective communication and swallowing outcomes
  3. To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support to patients and their families
  4. To educate and empower patients and their families to manage their conditions effectively and maintain independence

Remuneration: The estimated salary range for this role is £41,787 - £69,159, taking into account factors such as location, experience, and qualifications. Our organization offers competitive salaries and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
