About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our Customer Operations team at Unite Students. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, providing exceptional customer service to our students, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services across a cluster of properties.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Housekeeping and Facilities staff to maintain a well-kept, safe, secure, compliant, and efficient environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Health and Safety assessments and monitoring across the cluster.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the facilities engineering team to maintain our properties in excellent condition.
  • Conduct regular building checks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and security.
  • Support the delivery of our sustainability strategies to provide net-zero carbon accommodation and create resilient, resource-efficient assets.
