Technical Services Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Services Manager to lead our technical teams in delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance, advice, and support to our account and service management teams to ensure optimal technology service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to technical and non-technical teams in IT operational environments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technical needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 technologies and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Senior-level experience in IT management and leadership within a Cloud environment.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and a wide Microsoft stack.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Able to inspire, lead, and give guidance to technical and non-technical teams.
