We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Technical Services to join our team at The Connaught Hotel in Mayfair, London. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our hotel's exceptional refurbishment project.

As Director of Technical Services, you will be responsible for managing the performance of the technical services and engineering function, managing daily operations, delivering planned and preventative maintenance strategies, and leading hotel, building, and CAPEX projects.

You will have responsibility for managing the property's maintenance strategy and agenda, ensuring the integrity of the product, and will be the internal property specialist to the operations team for all property, building, maintenance, and engineering, legislative health and safety requirements, and daily operational needs.
