Job Description

We are seeking an experienced mentor to work with children with moderate and severe learning difficulties in a special needs school in Colchester. As a mentor, you will play a crucial role in helping these young people reach their full potential.

About the Role:

  1. The mentor will provide guidance and support to students with MLD and SLD in small groups or one-to-one basis, focusing on improving their engagement, interaction, and attainment.
  2. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to the needs of individual students.
