About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our New Beginnings team in Brent. As a Recovery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with substance misuse and mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care to clients accessing treatment across the Borough, with a focus on individuals with opioid use and complex needs.
- Manage a caseload of clients, including prescribing and providing interventions at various stages of their recovery.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of groups and activities that promote health and wellbeing.
- Support other areas of service delivery and participate in special interests and activities.
About the Service
New Beginnings is a fully integrated substance misuse service, providing psychosocial and clinical interventions in partnership with CNWL. We promote recovery and work with individuals and the local community to improve health, wellbeing, and functioning.
Location
This post will be based at the Willesden Centre for Health and Care.
