  • Arrange furniture and equipment, maintaining a safe and organized environment.
  • Undertake reception/switchboard duties as required, providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure the maintenance of good working relationships, communications, and teamwork within the hospital and department.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering the telephone and preparing medical records.
  • Perform any other duties reasonably falling within the general nature and level of responsibility of the post.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication skills and presentation are essential.
    • Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks according to various demands.
    • A full, clean driving license is essential.
