About the Role

We are looking for a talented Business Continuity and Resilience Lead to join our team in Nottingham, UK. As a key member of our Business Continuity and Resilience team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's resilience and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

The ideal candidate will have experience in successfully running business continuity programs, including disaster recovery and related testing. A deep understanding of Operational Resilience regulations and embedding them into business processes is essential. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as people leadership experience, are also required.

As a Business Continuity and Resilience Lead, you will lead our UK Business Continuity team, organizing and driving their day-to-day activities. You will continuously review, evolve, and analyze the results of assessments and tests to identify relevant risks and issues, making recommendations to accept or mitigate. You will drive understanding of and engagement with Business Continuity across our business and at all levels.

Working with all areas of our UK business while being the key connection point with our US counterparts, you will:

  • Lead our UK Business Continuity team, organizing and driving their day-to-day activities
  • Continuously review, evolve, and analyze the results of assessments and tests to identify relevant risks and issues, making recommendations to accept or mitigate
  • Drive understanding of and engagement with Business Continuity across our business and at all levels
  • Identify and drive process improvements using your knowledge of best industry practices, and your own concepts
  • Partner with technology teams and third-party teams to design and implement appropriate business continuity plans, along with any exit plan testing
  • Partner with our Security and Leadership teams to ensure we are well prepared to support our business, associates, and customers should the unexpected happen
  • Be involved in delivering strong regulatory compliance to Operation Resilience, and help use that to drive resilience value across the business
  • Work the business to train, embed, and support business continuity practices

This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham offices. We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home. Many of our associates have flexible working arrangements, and we're open to talking about an arrangement that works for you.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
