Role Overview
Whitehouse Construction Ltd is a leading Civil Engineering SME seeking a skilled Site Manager Lead to join their Property Flood Resilience Team on a permanent basis. Based in the Midlands, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop and implement safe, efficient site management strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) protocols across all project sites.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Analyze project status through regular reviews of project programmes, weekly returns, and monthly reporting.
- Deliver accurate cost forecasts and manage commercial aspects of projects.
- Lead site productivity initiatives to drive efficiency and growth.
- Potential for out-of-hours call-out as required by the business.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience with site teams.
- Able to work in fast-paced, process-driven environments.
- Valid CSCS card advantageous but not mandatory.
- A full, clean UK Driving Licence essential.
- Strong communication and IT skills, including proficiency in MS suite.
