Riseresourcing is seeking an experienced Proposition Manager to lead the development and launch of new food-to-go products that meet the evolving tastes and needs of customers.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability in the food-to-go category.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of product development and launch plans.
  • Work with key partner brands to enhance and optimize the food partnerships offered for the food-to-go propositions.
  • Ensure all products align with the company's values and deliver exceptional quality.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of trends, understand consumer behaviors, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement to ensure quality and financial targets are met.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in buying or category management within the fast-moving food service, convenience, or FMCG environment.
  • Passion for food with a creative mindset and a genuine love for innovation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels.
  • Strong team player with excellent leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products.
