We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Supply Chain Planner to join our team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. This role will provide an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with experience in logistics or supply chain to kick-start their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales orders for our distributors, liaising with the warehouse, suppliers, and other team members to ensure timely resolution of queries and shipment in line with customer expectations.
- Conduct demand planning and reporting of sales, stock, backorders, and shipment schedules.
- Support the Account Management team with implementation of new business/lines of products and projects to improve the efficiency of the company.
- Perform internal/external auditing support, customs/product classification, item master update, logistics cost reporting, and other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proactive and able to work effectively in a team.
- Personal responsibility and commercial awareness.
- Ability to manage priorities and initiative.
- MS Office skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £26,000.
- A fully office-based role with the possibility of hybrid working after 6 months.
- A performance bonus based on company and personal performance.
Location: Stockley Park with on-site parking.
