B2B Technical Sales Professional

Asamaka Industries Ltd is seeking an experienced B2B Technical Sales Executive to accelerate our business growth. This is a performance/commission-based role that requires a demonstrated track record of success in Full-Cycle Outbound Sales roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct territory business development through cold calling, effective networking, and market research.
- Manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and lead nurturing to after-sales support, maximizing revenue from repeat sales.
- Meet weekly and monthly performance KPIs and reach quarterly sales targets.
- Utilize Striven ERP to maintain accurate CRM records daily and perform all functions required to take a project from lead to completion.
- Collaborate with the engineering team and leadership to address client needs and project requirements, prepare proposals and estimates, and initiate transactions.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B outbound sales experience.
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering.
- Demonstrated record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales goals.
- Demonstrated ability to develop B2B accounts through a long sales cycle and cultivate productive relationships with multiple stakeholders within the account.
- Full-cycle outbound sales experience, including prospecting, lead nurturing, discovery, consultative selling, and contract negotiation.
- Programming controls-related devices, including PLCs and HMIs.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for regular domestic travel.
- Valid Canadian passport and ability to travel internationally.
- Full-time, fixed-term contract.
- Additional pay: commission pay.
- On-site parking.
- Flexible language requirement: French not required.
