Job Summary:

A thriving medical practice in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Healthcare Specialist to join their dedicated healthcare team. The successful candidate will play an integral role in delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with GPs, healthcare assistants, and other multidisciplinary team members.

  • Provide comprehensive nursing services, including wound management, immunizations, and routine health screenings.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop personalized care plans, and deliver patient-focused care.
  • Promote health education and empower patients to take charge of their well-being.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC pin.
  • Prior experience in primary care or community healthcare setting highly preferred.
  • Competent in administering child and adult immunizations, performing cervical smear tests, and managing various patient conditions.
