Job Overview

ICE Data Services is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to drive the development and promotion of our Market Data strategy, with a focus on listed markets within the EMEA region and Global OTC Data.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market data content, entitlements, commercials, and distribution mechanisms, covering listed markets as a minimum.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Market Data strategy, aligning with ICE's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across ICE to identify gaps and enhancements needed to strengthen our offering.
  • Work closely with sales and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize key opportunities, building and presenting business cases to management for approval.
  • Manage the full on-boarding workflow, directing resources across content acquisition, legal governance, business analysis, development, QA, operations, delivery, client support, and marketing.
  • Assist sales teams in interactions with clients, managing expectations around timelines and integrating feedback into enhancements and future deliverables.
  • Hold responsibility for multiple ongoing projects, tracking and reporting on progress.
  • Proactively engage with current processes, suggesting improvements and/or finding ways to automate workflows.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relevant relationships across the organization.
  • Ability to articulate, document, and execute on roadmaps, priorities, and initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver, able to break down large challenges into achievable milestones.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with financial markets content, preferably specializing in over-the-counter markets, particularly FX.
  • Knowledge of agile project management processes and strong overall process management skills.
  • Understanding of data storage, data modeling, data structures, and common query languages.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
