About the Role
We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team at McCarthy Stone. As a Support Specialist, you will work closely with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and support to residents
- Work closely with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate records of resident's care and support plans
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new care initiatives and programs
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a UK health and social care role. A Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset but not mandatory. You will also need to be warm, friendly, and dedicated to exceptional service, with a passion for working with older adults.
