About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Care Assistant to join our Radfield Home Care Ilkley team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.


Key Responsibilities



  • Deliver person-centred care and support to clients, promoting independence and dignity at all times
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to combat loneliness and isolation
  • Collaborate with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of client information and care activities

Requirements
