Job Description:

Trans World Radio Canada is seeking a highly skilled and organized Donations and Administrative Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, processing donations, and maintaining accurate donor records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to general inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to donors, visitors, and staff
  • Manage administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning documents, and writing/sending letters and emails
  • Process incoming donations, maintain donor profiles, and ensure compliance with donor-related policies and procedures
  • Run regular quality control reports to ensure data accuracy and maintain key donor and gift database code tables
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to gather information and resolve data-related queries
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in a relevant discipline or a combination of education and related experience
  • Minimum 2 years' full-time administrative experience, preferably in a nonprofit or ministry setting
  • Experience with a CRM database (experience with DonorPerfect and/or GiveCloud is an asset)
  • Current clear Criminal Record Check
