Job Title: Operational Team Coordinator

STERIS Canada Corporation is seeking an experienced Operational Team Coordinator to join our team in Canada.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $70,000-$90,000 CAD.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate the activities of our production team. As an Operational Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all production processes are running smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the work of production staff to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the production area to identify any potential safety hazards or quality control issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any operational issues or concerns.
  • Provide coaching and training to production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in a coordinating role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
