Job Details

Job Role
We are seeking a dedicated and caring Learning Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support to a child with additional needs, ensuring they receive the best possible education.

Visa Sponsorship
Unfortunately, we cannot sponsor visas for this role.

Working Pattern
This is a part-time position, requiring 21.25 hours per week over 39 weeks per year (term time).

Contract Type
This is a fixed-term contract, linked to the life of the child in school and the duration of funding.

Pay Scale
The successful candidate will be paid on a Grade D Points 3 - 4 salary scale, ranging from £22,737 to £23,114 per annum pro rata.

Requirements
We are looking for an individual with a passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate will have a caring and nurturing nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. They will also be calm, patient, and firm, with the ability to keep accurate records.
