Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Flotek Group, a dynamic technology company with a nationwide presence. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts, providing financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum AAT Level 4 qualification or equivalent, with a strong understanding of financial principles and processes. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum, plus benefits including a staff share equity scheme and financial support towards professional qualifications.

About the Role:

  • Liaise with Accounts Payable Clerk and Billing Team to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Prepare and post monthly accounting adjustments and reconciliations
  • Support Head of Finance in preparing group reports and departmental profit and loss statements

About You:

  • AAT Level 4 qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent financial knowledge and analytical skills
