We are seeking a skilled and organized Wealth Management Coordinator to join our team at Atomos Investments Limited. This is a dynamic role that requires someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
About the JobYou will be responsible for managing the workflow of our Financial Advisers, ensuring that all client communications are handled efficiently, and that accurate records are maintained.
- Manage Financial Planner's workflows and prioritize tasks.
- Ensure seamless communication with clients and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Proven experience in a similar role within Wealth Management or Financial Services.
- Excellent knowledge of financial products, including pensions, investments, mortgages, and protection.
- Proficient in IT with intermediate Excel skills.
- The salary range for this position is approximately £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
- Competitive Pension Scheme - employer contributes 6%, you contribute 3%.
- 26 days holiday plus bank holidays.
