Responsibilities:

  • Attending court hearings and presenting findings.\

  • Ensuring all work complies with relevant legislation and guidelines.\
  • Prioritizing the best interests of the children at all times.\
  • Working closely with social workers, lawyers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.\
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in child protection and family law.\
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.\
  • Contributing to the development of policies and procedures that promote the well-being of children and families.\
  • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.\
  • Engaging in quality assurance activities to ensure the highest standards of practice.\
  • Suggesting improvements to processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.\
  • Playing an active role in promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the organization.\
  • Supporting the development of staff and colleagues through coaching, mentoring, and guidance.\

  • Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.\
