About Our Team

Our Real Estate Disputes team is a leading practice in the UK, known for its expertise in commercial and residential real estate disputes. We act for investors, developers, retailers, and corporate occupiers, managing their national property portfolios.

Your Role

As a Senior Associate in our Real Estate Disputes team, you will support our Partners in the continued development and growth of this successful team. You will have the opportunity to lead on high-value and complex cases, including asset management for investors, one-off contractual disputes for developers, and working in collaboration with our insolvency team. You will also supervise and develop the careers of junior members of the team.

About You

We are looking for a technically sound Associate/Senior Associate with a passion for Real Estate Disputes. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualified via traditional SRA route or CILEX with 4 years PQE minimum;
  • Demonstrable experience supervising more junior members of the team;
  • The ability to manage caseloads while maintaining attention to detail and a seamless service;
  • Demonstratable technical experience gained within Commercial Real Estate and/or Property Litigation;
  • An aptitude for business development and a passion for growing strong client and referrer relationships;
