Food and Beverage Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at The Imperial London Hotels Ltd. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to guest needs, take orders, and inform guests on menu choices
  • Prepare food and drinks as per company guidelines and deliver to guests in a timely manner
  • Provide a high level of customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and protocols
