Rehabilitation and Recovery Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Rehabilitation and Recovery Team Lead.
Salary: £35,360 - £40,588 per annum
About the RoleIn this critical position, you will oversee the delivery of occupational therapy services across various settings, focusing on the rehabilitation and recovery of individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each service user.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care pathways and optimal outcomes.
- Lead by example, mentoring junior staff and promoting best practices within the organization.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, guaranteeing alignment with organizational policies and quality standards.
- Promote business growth by actively advocating for healthcare therapy services within our local unit's business plan.
To Be Successful:
- You must hold a BSC (Hons) or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a clinical setting, preferably in mental health inpatient care.
