Account Manager for Retail Point of Sale Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Point of Sale Account Manager to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our retail clients, understanding their business needs, and providing expert advice on point-of-sale solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with retail clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our range of point-of-sale solutions, maximizing revenue potential and driving business growth.
- Client Support and Escalation: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including designers, project managers, and production staff, to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.
- Business Insights and Recommendations: Conduct regular business reviews with clients, providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive their sales and enhance their customer experience.
- Industry Knowledge and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to continuously improve client satisfaction and our portfolio of offerings.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates, providing valuable insights to the management team.
- Industry Representation: Attend industry conferences and events to represent our company and network with potential clients and partners.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Retail point-of-sale Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the retail industry.
- Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the retail landscape and the challenges and opportunities faced by retailers.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels.
