Employment Law Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Solicitor to join our team in Leeds or Bristol. The successful candidate will have a strong background in employment law and be able to advise clients on potential Employment Tribunal claims, run a caseload of Employment Tribunal claims, and support the employment team with non-contentious work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on potential Employment Tribunal claims;
  • Running a caseload of Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting pleadings, witness statements, and negotiating settlements;
  • Supporting the employment team with non-contentious work, including provision of contractual documentation, handbooks, and employment advice;
  • Participating in marketing initiatives, including writing updates on employment law and providing training sessions to clients;
  • Providing commercial and practical solutions to clients.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in employment law at a sufficient level;
  • A passion for employment law and providing commercial and practical solutions;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
