About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our dynamic team at Kilgannon & Partners LLP. As an Employment Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload of employment law and HR matters, both contentious and non-contentious, with a strong bias towards advising individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of employment law matters.
  • Draft, review and advise on legal documents, including settlement agreements, contracts, policies, and tribunal pleadings.
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients.
  • Undertake litigation, including advocacy, if wanted; if not we have our own advocates and good links with external counsel.
  • Develop strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
  • Keep up to date with new developments in employment legislation.
About You

We are looking for a qualified Solicitor with 5+ years of PQE in employment law. All levels of experience will be considered up to and including Partner level. You will have a strong knowledge of employment law, settlement agreements and tribunal procedures, excellent communication and client management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a proven track record of managing a busy caseload effectively.
