About the Role
As a key member of the Clubcard leadership team, you will provide financial expertise to drive business growth and success. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior colleagues across non-finance teams, leveraging your financial analysis skills to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead financial planning and analysis for the Clubcard business, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.
  2. Partner with the Director and wider Membership & Loyalty leadership team to drive financial decision-making and business initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with Trade and CRM teams to optimize sales performance across different activities, including Spend Stretch, Loyalty Card Mailer, and Clubcard challenges.
  4. Work closely with the Clubcard Reward team to analyze scheme performance, support review and renegotiation of terms with current and new Clubcard partners.
  5. Evolve tracking and reporting across key Clubcard propositions, including Christmas Savers, Clubcard Plus subscription, and promotions with Tesco mobile.
  6. Partner with the FP&A and Control teams to refresh Clubcard governance, ensuring scheme updates, penetration, redemption, and breakage trends are accurately reflected.
  7. Lead Clubcard case papers for TAG and IC approvals, ensuring seamless execution of business initiatives.

Requirements
  1. Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  2. Experience engaging and influencing senior colleagues across non-finance teams.
  3. Advanced financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive insights from scratch.
  4. Commercial awareness and a keen eye for business.
  5. Confidence to challenge colleagues and drive business growth.
