Job Opportunity: Senior Care Assistant

Superior Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our Complex Care team.

We provide high-quality care to individuals with complex and long-term health conditions, enabling them to live safely in their own homes.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will work in the East of Kent, supporting clients with diverse healthcare needs and providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high standards of care to clients with varying healthcare requirements
  • Assist with medication administration and personal care
  • Support new team members with shadow shifts and inductions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in care, with a focus on supporting adults/children with complex care needs
  • Tracheostomy experience is preferred, but full training will be provided
  • Possession of, or willingness to work towards, a Level 3 NVQ qualification or similar
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team
