About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join our team at Liverpool Hospice. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing effective administration services, ensuring high standards are maintained through regular review and audit.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the hospice team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Manage office systems, including databases and spreadsheets, to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and families to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
- GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) to level 4/5 or equivalent.
- Experience of working in an administration role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, patients, and families.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
