This role requires an experienced Senior Electronics Engineer for a new career challenge. As part of VisNet, you'll join a dynamic team designing cutting-edge LV monitoring and fault restoration products.

  • Produce high-quality technical documentation and collaborate with internal and external teams for successful product delivery.
  • Take ownership of projects, driving quality and process improvements as product deployment increases.

What We're Looking For:

  • Significant experience in Professional Electronic Engineering.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • A proven track record of designing products meeting regulatory requirements and providing documentation support.
  • Experience in full product lifecycle management from specification to manufacturing and deployment.
  • Ability to lead and manage projects, overseeing teams of engineers.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to prioritise changing project needs.

Desirable Skills:

  • Chartered Engineer status or progress towards it.
  • Experience with firmware development (C, C++) and Python for test scripts.
  • Knowledge of the electricity industry or control room applications would be advantageous.
  • Experience managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £65,000 plus a company performance bonus.
  • 25 days' holiday, plus bank holidays, and an additional day after every 3 years of service (up to 30 days).
  • Flexible working options supporting work-life balance and genuine career development opportunities.
  • Pension contributions of 8% from the employer (or cash equivalent).
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including Group Life Insurance, Income Protection, Critical Illness cover, and Private Medical Insurance (or cash equivalents).
  • A fantastic work environment with amazing colleagues passionate about what they do.
