Senior Therapeutic Carer (Driving Essential) at SGS Care Ltd in Huddersfield: Deliver high-quality therapeutic care to vulnerable children aged 6-17 with complex backgrounds.

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Therapeutic Carer to join our residential team. As a key member of the childcare support staff, you will provide one-to-one therapeutic care, supporting children in their emotional and psychological well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, fostering trust and understanding
- Support children in social, educational, and leisure activities, promoting their personal growth and development
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification
- At least 1 year of experience in residential childcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
