Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at Kingdom People. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of electrical engineers to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of electrical engineers to ensure the effective maintenance of electrical systems
  • Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement maintenance strategies
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Monitor and report on maintenance activities and performance
  • Develop and implement training programs for electrical engineers

Requirements

  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance leadership
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Working Hours

  • Double day shift:
  • Week 1 - Monday/Thursday 6:00am/2:00pm and Friday 6:00am/12:00pm
  • Week 2 Monday/Thursday 2:00pm/10:00pm and Friday 12:00pm/6:00pm

Salary and Benefits

  • £23.94 per hour/£909.72 per week/£47,305 per annum
