ECF Data, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join their team. As a Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex datasets, providing valuable insights, and driving data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to extract meaningful information from large, complex datasets.
  • Machine Learning: Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data.
  • Database Management: Design and maintain databases and data systems.
  • Statistical Analysis: Conduct statistical analysis and data mining to uncover trends and patterns.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the field of data science.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and SAS.
  • Experience: Experience with natural language processing, big data technologies, database design, and AI.
  • Industry Experience: Experience implementing projects within a FinTech environment.
  • Cloud Services: Familiarity with GCP services for data analytics.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Education: A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

What We Offer

  • Compensation: Additional pay includes bonus scheme, commission pay, performance bonus, tips, and yearly bonus.
  • Work Schedule: The schedule is Monday to Friday.
  • Work Location: Hybrid remote in Macclesfield.
