About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Data Scientist to drive the development of innovative AI and ML solutions for biomarker discovery, drug response prediction, and clinical decision-making support.

This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage AI/ML technologies to enhance cancer patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply various ML approaches to complex molecular and clinical data for biomarker discovery
  • Develop and implement AI/ML solutions for drug response prediction and clinical decision-making support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into clinical workflows
  • Design and implement data pipelines for proteomics data analysis
  • Develop and maintain software applications for data analysis and visualization
Requirements
  • PhD or equivalent experience in bioinformatics, statistics, or a related field
  • Expertise in Bayesian statistical methods and bioinformatics pipelines
  • Proficiency in R, Python, or C++ programming languages
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
  • Strong foundation in traditional statistical methods and expert knowledge of ML methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in regulated environments
  • Passion for mentoring and supporting colleagues in ML best-practices
  • Fluency in R, Python, or C++ programming languages
