We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at SRG. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of innovative AI and ML solutions for biomarker discovery, drug response prediction, and clinical decision-making support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply various Machine Learning (ML) approaches to complex molecular and clinical data for biomarker discovery
  • Develop and implement expert knowledge of ML methodologies to analyze complex LC-MS/MS-derived datasets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI/ML solutions that enhance cancer patient outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to drive business growth and innovation

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning (ML) and Deep-Learning (DL) methods
  • Proficiency in a cloud platform like GCP, AWS, or Azure
  • Experience in source control and software lifecycle management
  • PhD or equivalent experience in bioinformatics, statistics, or a related field
  • Fluency in R, Python, or C++
