Job Title: Packaging Process Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Process Engineer to join our team at JLR. As a key member of our Manufacturing department, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of packaging solutions that meet our high standards of quality, cost, and environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain packaging specifications and instructions to ensure efficient and safe packaging processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost and environmental improvements.
  • Manage and execute packaging trials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to ensure smooth operation of packaging processes.
  • Liaise with 3rd party partners to ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods regulations and certification requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in packaging development and application to manufacturing.
  • Background in supply chain management and packaging.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and CMMS.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
