Are you passionate about delivering unforgettable experiences to travelers? Do you have a knack for sales and excellent communication skills?

Hurtigruten Group is seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team as a Global Expedition Sales Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for handling sales calls and overflow service calls with guests, understanding their needs, and effectively converting them into bookings.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per year, plus uncapped earning opportunities through our sales incentives program. Top performers can earn up to 50% more in additional income.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales, customer service, or travel industry roles, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM software. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to adapt to changing situations.

This is a phone-based guest sales position, with a shift environment and hybrid working options available after training and onboarding. The typical workweek is 40 hours, including weekend work on a shift pattern to cover our opening hours.
