We are currently seeking an experienced National Account Manager to spearhead the success of our brand in the B2B sector. This role will be responsible for cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, overseeing product management, and working closely with our Brand and Marketing teams to achieve targeted sales goals.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our growing team and contribute to the sustained growth of our business. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with internal and customer key stakeholders to create a foundation for long-term partnerships and business growth.
  • Overseeing product management across three categories: coffee beans, pods, and ready-to-drink iced coffees.
  • Working with our Brand and Marketing teams to create innovative sales and marketing plans customised for the account to achieve targeted sales goals.
  • Utilising data insights to optimise merchandising strategies and develop winning product solutions.
  • Collaborating closely with Sales and Roastery Operations teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and seamless processing.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong background in branded consumer business and account management.
  • Branded FMCG trained.
  • Big four supermarket account management experience.
  • Experience of food & beverages is essential.
  • A high drive and ambition led mindset.
  • Strong relationship skills, both internally and externally.
  • An SME mindset - able to take on multiple roles.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package including:

  • £65,000 - £75,000 per annum (dependent upon experience).
  • A bonus scheme.
  • A comprehensive benefits package including 25 days of holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays, access to our company wellness scheme, full access to our Mental Health Service, great company staff discounts for friends and family, and career development opportunities in a wide range of training programmes.
