Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm and professional welcome to our guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage Reservations: Accurately and efficiently manage reservations, ensuring seamless table assignments and minimizing wait times.
  • Coordinate with the Service Team: Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience, responding to guest needs and preferences.
  • Answer Inquiries: Respond to phone calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance to guests and colleagues alike.
  • Maintain the Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming, reflecting the high standards of our establishment.
  • Uphold Service Standards: Maintain the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction, consistently delivering exceptional experiences.

Requirements

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or host in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with reservation systems, such as Open Table or Seven Rooms.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive and friendly demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
