Senior Professional Services Consultant / Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Professional Services Consultant to join our team at IP-People. As a Senior Professional Services Consultant, you will be responsible for leading our technical implementation team and providing expert guidance on modern workplace technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Professional Services Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Technical Leadership: You will lead our technical implementation team, providing guidance and oversight on the design and implementation of modern workplace solutions.
  • Client Management: You will work closely with our clients to understand their technical requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Team Management: You will manage a team of technical engineers, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure the team is working effectively.
  • Technical Documentation: You will create and maintain technical documentation to support our clients and internal teams.
  • Project Management: You will work with our project management team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Mentorship: You will mentor and assist junior engineers and apprentices within the technical teams, fostering opportunities for continuous learning and growth.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive Technical Expertise: You will have extensive technical expertise in Windows and Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies, including SharePoint management, design, and implementation.
  • Leadership Experience: You will have demonstrated experience leading a team of at least five people.
  • Technical Skills: You will have strong knowledge of Intune and Autopilot, with hands-on experience in their management, design, and implementation.
  • Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
