Care and Support Professional

HC One is seeking a compassionate and organised individual to join their team in Goole, East Riding of Yorkshire.
We are looking for someone who can provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their dignity, security, and independence.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and build strong relationships with colleagues and residents' families.
- Lead a team of Care Assistants, promoting the highest standards of care and influencing the rest of the team.
- Provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, as well as administer medication, under the guidance of the Registered Nurse and Care Manager.
Key Requirements:
- S/NVQ 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on kindness and empathy
- Able to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and take appropriate action

Estimated Salary: £19,000 - £22,000 per annum, dependent on experience
